The Challenge

We were brought on to launch the first-ever Pullman hotel in Singapore, introducing a lifestyle-driven brand into one of the region’s most competitive hospitality markets. With no existing local awareness and an international traveller focus, the hotel needed to build relevance fast and sustain momentum without relying on large post-launch budgets.

Our Solution

In line with Pullman’s brand ethos “Our World is Your Playground,” we curated a high-energy, experience-led launch campaign that captured its playful, contemporary spirit. In the first month alone, we hosted 35 top-tier media and KOLs through an intensive stay programme that drove immediate awareness and sparked unexpected demand from the local staycation market.

To maintain visibility, we created Pullman’s Playful 8, a barter-based KOL programme offering room nights and F&B credit in exchange for ongoing content. The results were a steady stream of organic coverage showing real people using Pullman as their playground, reinforcing the brand’s identity and keeping it front of mind well beyond launch.
