The Challenge

Now into our third year as Fairmont Singapore’s PR agency, we’re proud to still be the same core team that started on day one. This kind of continuity is rare in an industry where agency turnover is common. It has allowed us to build deep, working knowledge of the people and stories that shape this iconic hotel. While past efforts focused on profiling the C-suite, we saw an opportunity to go further. The challenge was to spotlight the broader team and reflect the collective spirit behind one of Singapore’s leading luxury hotels.

Our Solution

Inspired by Accor’s belief that hospitality is a work of heart, we set out to tell the story of Fairmont through its people. We shifted the narrative beyond leadership and into the everyday excellence shown across departments, from housekeeping and culinary to wellness and events. Through targeted storytelling and media engagement, we highlighted the craftsmanship, care, and collaboration that define the Fairmont experience.
